GrowNote
Internal hub for my Substack growth sprint — daily Notes mechanics + sprint milestones.
What it does
GrowNote is a small local web app I built to run my Substack growth sprint. It tracks the daily Notes routine, captures CTA experiments, and keeps the sprint milestones (W18–W26) in one place I actually open every day.
It stays internal — built to use it, not to ship it. If the sprint patterns generalize, the playbook may show up in writing, but the tool itself stays in the workshop.
Who it's for
- Me, mostly. The audience is one.
- Anyone curious how a single-user growth tracker actually looks once you stop pretending you'll use Notion for it.
Internal tool. Not for distribution.
Follow the build notes
