Faceless Channel OS
You solved the hard part — your videos exist. This is the machine that publishes them every day.
What it does
Faceless Channel OS is everything that happens after the render. Drop an mp4 in a folder, run one command, and a daily cron job publishes it to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels — with AI-generated titles, descriptions and hashtags, a schedule that never double-books a day, Telegram pings to your phone, and a dashboard you can check from anywhere. It's not a video generator: any mp4 works — AI pipelines, CapCut, Premiere, screen recordings.
The publish queue is one human-readable JSON file. The YouTube uploader does resumable uploads with automatic #Shorts tagging and an optional owner comment; the Instagram uploader uses the newer Instagram-Login API — no Facebook Page, no app review, tokens that auto-refresh. Quota-proof by design: one publish per platform per day, and a quota error just leaves the item queued for tomorrow. The setup guides skip the pain — the YouTube brand-channel gotcha, Instagram tester roles, cron/launchd/systemd/Task Scheduler recipes for all three OSes.
The Complete edition adds a static dashboard (queue, video previews, publish status, leaderboard — one HTML file in your storage bucket, no hosting bill), one-click enqueue from your phone via a tiny PIN-protected Cloudflare Worker, and daily analytics snapshots into Postgres with ready-made growth-tracking SQL. Built from the exact scripts running my own daily faceless history channel. One license, unlimited channels you own, lifetime updates, no subscription.
Who it's for
- Creators who already make videos and need a reliable daily publisher, not another editor.
- Reel Pipeline owners who want the render loop and the publish loop to meet in the middle.
- Anyone running a faceless channel who's tired of hand-uploading a Short every morning.
Live on Gumroad — one-time $39 (Complete edition adds dashboard + phone enqueue + Postgres analytics). YouTube Shorts + Instagram Reels. All-$0 default stack. 30-day money-back.
